General information


Your Tasks

  • Overall responsibility for Global Identity & Access Management
  • Factory operations
  • Independent implementation of service requests, incidents, changes according to ITIL in daily operation with reference to the software used: One Identity Manager
  • Ensuring Performance and quality of work in the GIAM Operations Team, considering being compliant with SLAs / OLAs
  • Contact to the provider of the IAM solution: ticket creation in the event of software bugs, participation in Premier support call

Your Skills

  • Good understanding of the "Windows Server" operating system
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Transact-SQL, PowerShell
  • Confident handling of Microsoft Office, especially Excel / Access incl. VBA (prepare data evaluations, data imports)
  • Experience in dealing with the following tools / technologies: docker, zabbix, grafana, dynaTrace, Jira, Mattermost optional
  • Good understanding of different application architectures and very good knowledge of handling the IAM tool One Identity Manager
