Portfolio Program Manager (m/f) - Berlin

Your Tasks

  • support Global Audit’s Product Development portfolios
  • performance management responsibilities for a project management team dedicated to supporting Global Audit
  • To address Global Audits high priority and high visibility focused initiatives
  • ensure synergies across all of the projects in the portfolio are identified and that Global PMO best practices are being consistently applied
  • provision of full transparency of portfolio health through value add portfolio wide analysis and reporting as well as portfolio wide budgeting and resource management

Your Skills

  • Demonstrable experience in successfully delivering complex international projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent knowledge of project management tools & templates and knowledge to adapt existing or own templates for new projects
  • Excellent knowledge of and experienced user of PowerPoint
  • Very high level of written and oral communication; able to present information in a clear and effective manner
  • Ability to prioritize and manage workload in complex, changing environment
  • Willingness for occasional travel
