Business Analyst – CRM Microsoft Dynamics (m/f) - GA Zurich

Your Tasks

  • Work with the business unit heads and end users to gather, understand, and define business requirements
  • Assess current state and develop target process flows, use cases, workflows and user stories to support the design and development of CRM solutions for our clients
  • Liaise with business and IT to bridge functional and technical requirements. Manage traceability across the streams
  • Conduct / coordinate walk through sessions of business and functional requirements with business and IT stakeholders, validate and sign offs
  • Assist the vendor with design, configuration, process and user story mapping
  • Collaborate with build, test and business teams for solution verification
  • Document key artifacts including requirements, user guides and training material and able to use enterprise tools such as JIRA
  • Participate in meetings with clients including requirement sessions, system demos, user acceptance testing, and end user training

Your Skills

  • Approx. 5 years of experience in the area of banking and financial services
  • Min. 3 years of Business Analysis experience (such as gathering / validating requirements, mapping process flows and documentation)
  • Strong functional understanding of Microsoft Dynamics
  • Involved in at least 2 full scale enterprise wide CRM implementation programs
  • Knowledge of software applications and architectures
  • Knowledge of other leading CRM tools such as Salesforce etc. is advantageous
  • Hands on experience with standard SDLC, Agile and DevOps project methodologies
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Word
