Your Tasks

  • Ensure that the customer has an unforgettable experience during public training, academic receives training and certification training and that expectations are exceeded (customer excitement)
  • Process management for end-to-end provisioning elements for public training courses, academic Training and certification courses: Setting up the training infrastructure, ordering materials, catering, welcoming, training certificates, Certifications, creation of S-Users
  • Classroom optimisation
  • Ensure support for trainers and supervisors
  • Deployment planning, pre-deployment checks, deployment monitoring, Execution of post-deployment, post-deployment, and closing activities
  • Coordination with important stakeholders, such as customers, customer advocates, resource procurement, Provision, SSC, IT, Facilities, Finance, SME, Sales

Your Skills

  • Extensive knowledge of the training portfolio from an operational perspective
  • Understanding of continuous processes and dependencies
  • Excellent communication skills, high social competence and the ability to personal/virtual cooperation throughout the company
  • Conscientious, meticulous, eye for detail and ensuring accuracy with end-to-end demands
  • Intercultural experience and competence to work together in a matrix environment
  • Competence to solve critical problems and practical analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a changing environment
  • Tool experience: SAP ILP, SAP ISP, ticketing system, MS Office
