Your Tasks

  • Identification of training requirements from all involved stakeholder
  • Definition / coordination / monitoring of overarching and market-specific training measures
  • Creation of reusable training documents
  • Support conduction of actual training sessions
  • Evaluation of training effectiveness and ensuring of incorporation of lessons learned & testing results
  • 10% workshops in Stuttgart (depends on current Covid situation)

Your Skills

  • Proven experience in designing training concepts and stakeholder management
  • Extensive knowledge of learning principles
  • Familiarity with traditional / modern training methods, tools and techniques
  • Great communication skills and a keen understanding of psychology basics (behavior of learners and sign of comprehension)
