Your Tasks

  • Support the client change by participating in discussion with the workers councils / unions.
  • Specialization: HR Transformation
  • Work with client to Plan Communications immediately post contract signature
  • Support preparation of Works Council materials
  • Coordinate Introduction event and integration activities during pre-transfer period
  • Plan and Manage communications with transferring employees
  • Support FAQ process
  • Plan and manage Welcome event and other engagement events during transition period (eg Christmas event)
  • Support change management activities for restructuring program and readiness for redeployment
  • Monitor and gather feedback

  • Excellent German and English language skills
