Communication Consultant (m/f) - Frankfurt am Main

Serve as an active project team member, responsible for successful development and delivery of communication and performance management deliverables to further promote the adoption goals for an OCM initiative based on stakeholder change impact analysis.
Follow the companies OCM methodology and corresponding communication and training workstream processes, procedures, and best practice.
Design and develop communication and end user training deliverables based on change management strategy for organizational IT programs and/or general initiatives involving impact from current to target state
Track effectiveness of executed communications and performance support deliverables through analysis utilizing a variety of survey methods.
Develop branding campaigns to support change strategies and communication goals for a variety of clients in commercial and public sector
Define the key messaging and content, channels according to communication matrix and develops output in various formats including blog, newsletter, video, playbook, and social media.
Create layout using graphic design skills to promote and raise awareness of change initiatives impacting end users.
Create end user training materials to meet performance objectives and adoption goals.
Identify means to promote key messaging for internal and external OCM initiatives for the company
Access a variety of communication channels including automated push notifications, email HTML-based, social media, town halls, virtual forums, focus groups, and other means to support key messaging for targeted audience
Measure effectiveness of communication deliverables against established adoption n goals for an OCM initiative
Manage distribution lists
Access graphic design tools to create general graphics
Proven ability to translate technical information into clear, concise communication and training materials
Previous experience as primarily virtual team member on a large project
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Previous organizational change management experience (at least 2 years)
Ability to effectively engage stakeholders of all organizational levels
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
Fully proficient in Microsoft Office products including SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and O365
Highly motivated individual who can follow through and work with minimal direction or supervision
Proven experience applying innovative solutions toward communication and training work products
