Your Tasks

  • Fit/Gap analysis and design of Business Requirements for existing platform Project.
  • Leading, defining or consulting the overall solution design of assigned area in Opentext Content Server & integrations with External Systems / Sharing interfaces.
  • Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) contributing to functional design.
  • Providing expertise to Business Process Owners, operation support or project teams.
  • Cooperating with Solution Architects to ensure consistent design of Opentext/Sharing interface functionalities.
  • Cooperating with Service Owner to ensure quality and stability of respective area in ECM Platform.
  • Supporting Business Process Owners on business requirements and performing business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for supporting decisions for new or changed IS solution/services.
  • Collecting, documenting and reviewing business requirements.
  • Providing a good understanding of product and Business Process Owner needs, transparency and continual engagement.
  • Understanding the customer journey and business value realization.
  • Ensuring functional specification from project teams supports an overall solution design.
  • Sharing solution design principles and architecture with business stakeholders.
  • Leading continuous development and innovation of solution to enable increased solution value realization.
  • Preparing training materials for new / improved functionalities, deliver Train The Trainer sessions.

Your Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in IT.
  • 5 years of experience in Business Analysis.
  • Experience with OpenText CS / Sharing Interfaces / Content Managment,
  • Experience and strong skills in collaboration with external suppliers and development team spread around the world.
  • Experience with preparation of training materials / leading TTT sessions.
  • Salesforce certification, at least Administrator.
  • Knowledge of Business Analysis Principles and best practices.
  • Knowledge of process design and process modeling.
  • Knowledge of project related documentation.
  • Customer focused attitude, problem solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Good stakeholder management skills.
  • Apttus/Conga knowledge / experience is a plus.
  • Experience in leading project workshops is a plus.
  • experience with MuleSoft is a plus.
