Your Tasks

  • You prepare the monthly payroll and manage the interface to our payroll provider
  • You implement, improve and maintain administrative HR processes
  • Furthermore, you ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements concerning our HR services are met by providing regular controls and rigorous attention to details.
  • Manage the HR team on a daily basis and motivate them to deliver efficiently
  • Advise the business on compensation and benefits and ensure correct rollout of the compensation review process
  • Be a true HR Ambassador towards the management team
  • Update and ensure all policies and procedures comply with local and group employment regulation, ensuring effective communication of these policies to the organization

Your Skills

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in an international environment
  • Total proficiency in written and spoken French /Dutch and English is mandatory
  • Proven experience in the area of social legislation of Belgium, knowledge of social legislation for France, Luxemburg and The Netherlands is a plus
  • Experience in organizing social elections
  • Extensive experience in Compensation & Benefits including warrants & bonuses
  • Able to successfully meet deadlines and seamlessly execute tasks in a very fast-paced international environment
  • Able to be flexible and adapt to changing environments, strong sense of confidentiality
  • Capable to gain trust/commitment and build/maintain relationships
