Your Tasks

  • Trouble shooting of clients issues reported from users
  • Trouble shooting of account related issues
  • Performance account level configuration changes in regards to eMail permission.
  • Trouble shooting of eMail exchange backend issue that may be related to the issue reported from clients.
  • Bridge the communication between Vendor (Microsoft) and the end-user for support cases.
  • Create documentation / knowledge based on common support cases to be shared with 1st level support if needed.
