- Trouble shooting of clients issues reported from users
- Trouble shooting of account related issues
- Performance account level configuration changes in regards to eMail permission.
- Trouble shooting of eMail exchange backend issue that may be related to the issue reported from clients.
- Bridge the communication between Vendor (Microsoft) and the end-user for support cases.
- Create documentation / knowledge based on common support cases to be shared with 1st level support if needed.
- 2nd Level Outlook troubleshooting skills
- 2nd level O365 Exchange Online Admin knowledge
- 2nd Level Exchange 2016 admins knowledge
