Your Tasks

  • Collect current status updates from responsible project managers, update and distribute project status slides in a timely manner
  • Reporting contents: achievements since the last reporting schedule, upcoming tasks, risks, issues, budget and finance status, timeline with milestones
  • Prepare and moderate status meeting
  • Control task log until next status report cycle
  • Communicate potential risks to project management
  • Overseeing of project schedule and milestones
  • Create further presentations showing project progress ad-hoc on demand of project management
  • Create news articles for intranet, newsletters, wikis or similar
  • Review, edit and archive project documentation
  • Resource management (role descriptions, managing interviews, contract work, managing and monitoring time records, controlling and reporting budget consumption)
  • Administration (Maintain OrgCharts, folder structure and access rights, meeting schedule, rooms and invites, Setup meetings for project management)

Your Skills

  • Experience in setting up a PMO
  • Experience in establishing PMO processes
  • Excellent MS-Office skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Fluent English in speaking and writing
  • Excellent skills in documentation, archiving and follow-up skills
  • Basic understanding of IT (Infrastructure, Cloud Solutions, Datacentre Management or similar)
  • Project Management skills
  • Experience with Thinkcell, MS Project, Jira, Wiki
  • ITIL v.3 or higher
