Portfolio Program Manager (m/f/d) - Berlin

full-time 40 h//Week

Your Tasks

  • Single point of contact to support Global Audit’s Product Development portfolios
  • Be accountable for the portfolio governance and manage/escalate portfolio, program and project risks and issues to the relevant Sponsor
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals

Your Skills

  • Experience in the area of agile project management or product management experience and sound knowledge in managing and supporting software development processes
  • Strong communication skills and ability to actively drive projects, breaking down complex problems into manageable, structured work packages and effectively manage stakeholders expectations
  • Solid understanding of and demonstrated experience in using appropriate Agile Project Management tools such as Microsoft Azure DevOps (VSTS), HP ALM or equivalent
  • Agile – Planning and facilitation of the various project meetings and artefacts, including Scrum sprint planning, reviews & retrospectives, daily standups, project status meetings and so on
