Your Tasks
- Understanding of hot topics within the Capital Markets landscape, incl. the Responsibility for identifying customer needs and new paradigms/ high potential for market growth related to Banking Product and Process Compliance landscape and working with the team to develop/ implement related consulting programs and solutions
- Ensure that work streams are delivered on scope, on budget and on time and be responsible for detailed status reporting to Partner leadership
- Provide leadership and mentor to Junior Consultants in the engagement team & support ongoing talent development
Your Skills
- More than 8 years in assessing complex transformation projects with profound technical and process related expertise within the Capital Markets and Treasury domain, specifically focussing on Product and Process Compliance
- Profound experiences with Capital Markets products and processes with a focus on Trade Finance (i.e. guarantees, corporate payments, e2e transaction understanding)
- Multi-phase assessment of transformation projects within the Capital Markets landscape and/or Significant Standard Software knowhow and implementation experience (i.e. Murex, Calypso or Summit)
- Good understanding of disruptive technology knowledge (ML, RPA, Blockchain, etc.)
- Business Process Knowledge related to different Capital Markets Asset Classes (ILC / ELC / GU), FX, Limit, Deal Capture, P&L Calculation, Credit Risk Management, Trading, Confirmation, Regulations (EMIR / REMIT)
- Large scale programs, proven capability of setting up delivery structure; involving on-and offshore resources and good understanding of global delivery models
- Good appreciation of working in agile project methodologies (Certifications like SAFe, Professional Scrum Master appreciated)
- Experiences across Talent Development and Coaching and Managing project team members beneficial
