Scope: Vendor portal (external portal) & financial case management • Portal for creating vendor requests & support tickets + status overview; query box (user can open a case if invoice status is N/A) • 2 record producers in catalog master data • Including (the use of) a kind of vetting mechanism where a vendor contact can register himself as a contact for vendor X and can manage the other account that could access the portal on behalf of vendor X (similar as the setup of service now HI – ticketing systems) • integrations: uni-directional interface to SAP/other invoice system (tungsten) to show last n invoices of that specific vendor in portal; email setup support; • Live chat tool integration / chat bot to a NBS agent • Introduction of templates during ticket creation • Extra reporting
This solution consultant should be able to manage himself and act mostly autonomously.
