Shared Service Project Manager / Process Manager GBTS (m/f/d) - Remote & Stuttgart

Your Tasks

  • 1) Business Development: Create and execute a service expansion strategy to focus on administrative and transactional processes in old and new areas such as HR services, Finance, Procurement, Sales and Customer service, Marketing and IT (in close alignment with the existing process management organization), Create and execute a service expansion strategy to increase the customer base and regional scope in which GBTS is providing services within the group, Create and execute strategies to transform core GBTS processes into E2E processes such O2C and P2P, Create and execute strategies to fulfill the GBTS objectives with regards to digitalization, data analytics and innovation, Support the process management organization in driving efficiencies by increasing the offshorable content
  • 2) Change Management: Drive the gap analysis between as-is and to-be processes to its successful sign off in order to ensure that entity/ country specifics are accounted for in the new processes for administrative and transactional tasks in areas such as HR services, Finance and Accounting, Procurement, sales and customer service, marketing and IT, Establish strong working relationships with the local Business and Functional Management, Provides operational interface for project internal communication and alignment (Service Management, IT, HR Recruiting, Training, Infrastructure, Workers Council, etc.)
  • 3) Project Management: Drive the planing of the process tranformation activities with the assigned project team as well as with the local transition team and center mobilization experts, Consult the retained organization in planning the organizational strutures and related requirements after migration has been executed, Plan task allocation of resources and set priorities, Report project status and risks on a weekly basis, based on updated detailed plans, Implement risk mitigation actions to assure a smooth on time migration within scope, Liaise with GBTS management team to clarify interfaces to GBTS-owned activities  and ensure organized hand-over of remaining responsibilities to the transition team

Your Skills

  • Professional Experience: +7 years of international, practical experience in shared services or similar industries in major, multi-functional organizations; management of considerable projects; disciplinary and/ or functional lead
  • Excellent Planning and organizational talent; team leadership skills; analytical skills and accuracy;  problem solving competence; strong sense for cost & benefits; flexibility;cultural competence; entrepreneurship; capability to define precisely complex situations and issues; distinctive written and oral communication capability; experienced in conflict and change management; representation ability; risk assessment capabilities; high willingness to travel
  • Functional Qualifications: Organizational background and processes (+++), Business Management (++), IT-Systems (+++), English (+++), German (++), Projectmanagement (+++); firm PC-User Know-how, especially MS-Office (+++); Shared Services (+++), Process management (++), Service management (+)
