Your Tasks

  • Technical Lead for ServiceNow implementation and operation in architecture, design, development and implementation (incl. CMDB)
  • Champion for the ServiceNow platform, utilizing best practices in data architecture and solution design
  • Strong hands on experience with multiple implementations of ITSM, ITOM applications and with designing and implementing integrations to 3rd party systems
  • Design and development of innovative solutions to drive digital transformation and automation Manage ServiceNow upgrades to ensure zero impact to the business in partnership with vendors and stakeholders
  • Foster and enhance collaboration with all project team members, both on- and offshore, to ensure successful, technically sound projects which are completed on time and on budget
  • Collaboration with internal stakeholders to track, prioritize and implement enhancement requests
  • Communicate with the internal stakeholders in technical/non-technical terms, understanding their business requirements and provide suitable solutions
  • Visionary technical leadership and knowledge carrier as "Trusted Advisor"
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation relating to the management of the platform

Your Skills

  • Successfully completed studies in computer science / business informatics or a successfully completed training as an IT specialist or a comparable qualification
  • 5+ years of experience as a key technical resource for large scale ITSM solutions
  • 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect or ServiceNow Solution Consultant
  • Expert level of administration and development in ServiceNow
  • Strong experience with Incident Management, Service Request, Problem Management, Change Management, Discovery, and CMDB
  • Sound experience in project management with multidisciplinary and international SCRUM or DevOps teams
  • Strong ability to provide technical leadership and professional guidance to managers and the ServiceNow development team
  • Experience with international and multi-regional DevOps teams
