Your Tasks

  • Coordinates support activities together with the regions and involved other support teams (e.g. FLS/TLS) forwarding them to other units (internally and externally)
  • Ensures quality of solutions, secures transition to production
  • Monitors the timely processing of Incidents and Problem tickets
  • support related contact for the release planning and template governance
  • Ensures that the transition-to-support process is completed and documentation available
  • Manages the global support teams

Your Skills

  • 5 years’ experience in SAP FI/CO
  • The Support Manager/Coordinator manages all inci-dents/problems in the operation mode
  • ensure that a good performance on the support issues in time, budget and good quality
  • this role is part of the matrix organization and has a world-wide scope
  • Autonomous working
  • Fluent english
