  • Responsible for defining activities to increase the user satisfaction and benefits
  • Define how to measure and track consumer experience and business value
  • Change & Adoption Management incl measures and reporting
  • Collaborate and engage with internal & external stakeholders (like Product Owner, Communication Team, Consumers)
