Your Tasks

  • Developing the business relations with the clients;
  • Gaining new clients in Italy and abroad as well;
  • Widening our network in ICT (Industry 4.0, Big Data, Cloud Techonologies) , Engigneering and Top Management area;
  • Contract negotiations;
  • Taking care of Recruitment process (Job Posting, interviews, ...);
  • Event Participation;
  • Possibility of a Team leading.

Your Skills

  • Previous experience in a recruitment / head hunting company;
  • Proven experience as Account Manager / Business Developer / Sales manager / Area Manager in a company specialized in ICT / Top Management head hunting;
  • Wide network of different ICT companies / consulting companies, etc.;
  • Multitasking;
  • Target orientation / Proactivity;
  • Fluent in English and Italian;
  • Other foreign languages (German, Dutch, Spanisg, etc. would be considered a plus.
  • Knowledge of MS Office.
