Ihre Aufgaben

  • Provide first-level support to customer´s staff members and customer´s business partners and clients using customer´s IT systems.
  • Receive and respond to IT Help Desk calls made by telephone and email.
  • Accurately and consistently document, track and manage IT Help Desk calls to closure.

Ihre Qualifikationen

  • Experience with using IT Help Desk applications and tools to receive and manage IT Help Desk calls to closure.
  • Must be a self-starter who can learn new applications, tools and process to support, rather than just ask questions
  • Experience in preparing status/statistics reports for IT Help Desk functions.
  • Ability to follow set standards, processes and methods.
  • Must be a team player, experienced in working with others to achieve an objective.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
  • Must be customer-focussed and responsive, with a professional manner.
  • JIRA Software and JIRA Service Desk experience
