Für unseren Kunden suchen wir aktuell eine/n IT Quality Manager (m/w/d) - Stuttgart.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Planing, executing and overseeing initiatives to enhance our global information security strategy, including Incident, Risk & Information Asset Management
- Consult our product teams in risk assessments, threat analysis workshops, vulnerability scans and penetration tests
- Design, implement and measure security controls focusing our product development teams
- Support our product teams in incident resolution and implementing security best practices across cloud environments
- Conduct security architecture reviews to ensure compliance to our secure Souftware Development Lifecycle Framework (sSDLC)
- Conduct reviews and audits and implement necessary following measures to ensure compliance to our isms regarding ISO27001 and VDA ISA controls
- Developing and continuously improving our software development guidelines and framework globally
- Push and strive for secure products without compromising quality and functionality
- Conduct, plan and supervise the execution of penetration tests of our products
- Mentor even experienced software engineers on security-relevant topics in their code
- Actively contribute to the development of secure products by guiding and training our software engineers and product owners

Ihre Qualifikationen
- Degree in computer science or equivalent
- 3+ years professional experience in areas of IT security, IT quality management or equivalent
- Knowledge of software security standards, threat assessment and secure programming methodologies (OWASP, NIST, ISO/IEC 27001)
- Solid knowledge of modern cloud-native architectures, their deployments (preferably AWS & CloudFoundry) and Cloud Security
- Ability to adapt to cross-functional teams and new ways of working
- Knowledge and experience working in agile teams
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent in English and German
