Für unseren Kunden suchen wir aktuell eine/n QHSE Manager (m/w/d) - Hamburg.

Ihre Aufgaben

    • Ensure compliance with QEHS regulations and standards
    • Maintain a local legal register and ensure the organization complies with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements
    • Conduct safety walks and inspection walks as well as organize and conduct emergency and evacuation drills
    • Manage first aid cases and ensure the availability of first aiders, fire wardens, and safety wardens
    • Liaise with the fire fighters department and other emergency services
    • Investigate accidents and incidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
    • Conduct internal QEHS trainings for employees and managers and internal audits
    • Support AQAP (Allied Quality Assurance Publications) compliance
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to QEHS activities as well as hazardous substances (ESKA) and ensure proper handling and storage
    • Manage sustainability reporting and ensure compliance with environmental regulations
    • Conduct inductions, organise medical examinations, and other necessary training for hosted employees
    • Manage and report on near misses and Lost Time Injuries (LTI)

Ihre Qualifikationen

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Quality Management)
    • Relevant certifications in QEHS management (e.g., NEBOSH, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a QHSE management role
    • Strong knowledge QEHS German legal regulations and standards
    • Proficiency in using QEHS management software and tools (e.g., ODIN, ZED)
    • Experience in the Marine industry or similar
    • Familiarity with Secova and other QEHS -related systems
    • Proficiancy in the German and english langauge
