SAP IS-U Expert (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

• Design standard/customized business process and implement best practices in the areas of SAP IS-U Work management, Service orders, Work orders, PM maintenance orders and integrating with external Work force management application.
• Understand Business requirements, demonstrate standard solution, identify gaps, provide custom solutions for the gaps identified and provide expertise guidance in implementing SAP-ISU solutions for Electricity, Gas and Water Industry.
• Responsible for configuring, testing and enhancing standard in the areas of SAP-ISU Work Management, Device management and SAP-plant maintenance to handle the work orders, Service orders related to various Utilities Business process
• Experience with handling orders related to the Smart meters/intelligent Meters.
• Lead customer workshops and document Business process designs and the configurations done in the system.
• Should have good understanding and experience in implementing SAP-ISU Exception management/BDEX .
• Responsible for collaborating with multi-functional teams, developers, and business analysts to integrate the orders with external WFM and other functional streams.
• Manage deliverables within project defined timelines, ensure proactive communication, reporting and good stakeholder management.
