For our client we are currently looking for a SME – Policy Administration (Renewal, Upgrade, Premium Management) (m/f/d) - Munich and Remote.
Your tasks
- Map TO-BE workflows for policy issuance, renewal, and endorsement processing.
- Define premium calculation logic, proration rules, and financial reconciliation steps.
- Validate integration points between policy admin, accounting, and customer portals.
- Document business rules for reinstatements, NCB (no-claim bonus), and portability.
- Ensure compliance with IRDAI circulars and product filing specifications.
- Drive UAT and test case development for policy servicing modules.

Your qualifications
- 4-5 years in policy administration and health operations.
- Exposure to core policy admin systems and functionalities.
- Expertise in process mapping and financial data validation.
- Analytical and structured thinker; experience with system configuration validation.
- Proven ability to translate business process logic into system requirements.
- Skilled in “as-is” and “to-be” mapping, gap analysis, and workflow design.
- Experience working with IT development and QA teams on core insurance systems.
- Deep understanding of IRDAI regulations, esp. regarding policy management.
- Excellent documentation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
