For our client we are currently looking for a SME – Policy Administration (Renewal, Upgrade, Premium Management) (m/f/d) - Munich and Remote.

Your tasks

    • Map TO-BE workflows for policy issuance, renewal, and endorsement processing.
    • Define premium calculation logic, proration rules, and financial reconciliation steps.
    • Validate integration points between policy admin, accounting, and customer portals.
    • Document business rules for reinstatements, NCB (no-claim bonus), and portability.
    • Ensure compliance with IRDAI circulars and product filing specifications.
    • Drive UAT and test case development for policy servicing modules.

Your qualifications

    • 4-5 years in policy administration and health operations.
    • Exposure to core policy admin systems and functionalities.
    • Expertise in process mapping and financial data validation.
    • Analytical and structured thinker; experience with system configuration validation.
    • Proven ability to translate business process logic into system requirements.
    • Skilled in “as-is” and “to-be” mapping, gap analysis, and workflow design.
    • Experience working with IT development and QA teams on core insurance systems.
    • Deep understanding of IRDAI regulations, esp. regarding policy management.
    • Excellent documentation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
