Ihre Aufgaben
- Understand client requirements for IT & Contractors (Freelancer & Temp Agencies) and work with the client to formulate a procurement strategy to ensure delivery of services in line with the client’s expectations
- Lead or support sourcing projects including such as supplier selection, contract negotiations activity as required, and / or support other team members in delivery of procurement projects both across the MU and the Regional/Globally
- Lead strategic projects aiming at reducing costs or improving services (sourcing, rates card, operational improvements)
- Identify cost/productivity improvement opportunities in IT & Contractors (Freelancer & Temp Agencies) spending across the supplier base
- Understand internal stakeholders’ requirements and manage the relationship with these stakeholders
- Propose alternatives and solutions to support stakeholder overall strategy
- Work closely with the Global & Regional Category Leads to ensure alignment of local activity with the global category strategy
- Identify cost/productivity improvement opportunities in IT & Contractors (Freelancer & Temp Agencies) spending across the supplier base
- Proactively work with the stakeholders and partner organizations such as client Legal and Contract Management to identify areas of non-compliant spend and maximize compliance through preferred suppliers
- Support supplier’s relationship management strategy
- Proactively analyses data to identify new sources of non-compliance and savings
- Delivers reports on performance and targets achievements
Ihre Qualifikationen
- 3 - 5 years of experience in the procurement sourcing and at least 2 - 3 years in Tactical Buyer IT/Contractors sourcing
- Understanding of supplier sourcing, contract negotiation and supplier management, with experience in supporting or delivering tender management and negotiating agreements or Service Level Agreements
- Strategic sourcing and category management expertise including Contract drafting, and contract law
- Excellent negotiation & influencing skills while engaging with senior management within the customer or customer’s suppliers
- Strong stakeholder and supplier relationship management skills
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, leading where appropriate
- Ability to plan, prioritize and deliver own work
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate/High level Microsoft Office proficiency including expertise in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Bachelor or Master Degree (Business Related Degree or equivalent experience)
- Advanced Proficiency in English & German language
- Nice to have skills:
- "· Understanding of the legislations across Europe related to procurement and to the use of subcontractors
- Skills in manipulating data and a quick learner of new systems and tools with the ability to understand and develop pricing models and analyses/interpret commercial proposals
- Professional Procurement Qualification or IT Service Management qualification (MCIPS/CIPS qualification would be desirable)
