Für unseren Kunden suchen wir aktuell eine/n Network Engineer (m/w/d) - Remote.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Troubleshooting customer-impacting incidents
- Following operational procedures and runbooks
- Working with engineering and support teams to resolve issues
- Documenting technical findings and actions
- Escalating complex issues appropriately
- Working within incident, change and problem management processes

Ihre Qualifikationen
- TCP/IP and IP networking
- Routing and switching
- VPN technologies and troubleshooting
- Firewalls and network security
- Load balancing
- DNS
- Network troubleshooting and fault isolation
- Practical experience with at least one major public cloud platform, such as: • IBM Cloud • AWS • Microsoft Azure • Google Cloud Platform • Alibaba Cloud
- Experience should include a basic understanding of cloud networking concepts such as: • Virtual networks / VPCs • Subnets • Routing • Security groups / network ACLs • VPN and private connectivity • Cloud load balancers • Cloud firewalls
- Experience in any of the following would be beneficial but is not required: • DDoS protection services • Infrastructure automation • REST APIs • Terraform • Ansible • Python or scripting • Monitoring and observability tools
