For our client we are currently looking for a SAP success factors EC Consultant (m/f/d) - Düsseldorf.

Your tasks

    • Help creating a pre-workshop questionnaire for key customer information relevant to the subsequent design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and ECP for German payroll, providing specific topic content relevant to replacing ECC with ECP to more SAP Payroll topics for Germany and Discuss and analyse existing payroll processes in SAP ECC and mapping to ECP for an efficient transition, gap analysis between ECC and Employee Central/ECP, providing suggested solutions for business requirements, helping to understand broader system decommissioning requirements, reporting ECP considerations interfaces and functionality not supported in an ECP Landscape, build complex scenarios in ECP for the client, changing in origin of data – EC Portlets vs ECP Infotype Mashup considerations
    • Discussing Germany-specific legal requirements for more complex payroll scenarios – especially reliant on positive time recording specific integrations (especially to Government for tax reporting and absence reporting) and the change within the client landscape when technically outside client’s Firewall
    • Ensure compliance with German payroll regulations, collective agreements, and industry-specific mandates also customization of specific functionality beyond HR/Payroll (e.g. beyond active directory process, mini master for Finance / expenses etc) that would need to be decommissioned relevant to German organisations and also GDFR considerations specific to Germany when moving to cloud rather than on-premise
    • Reporting gaps and contribute findings documentation including future state, project approach and project plan, also review of customizations, integrations and customer questionnaire answers in advance of workshops and recommend any changes to schedule and durations due to those answers, discuss the the questionnaire responses and document and highlight anything key, critical or concerning to colleagues (especially where there are functionality gaps)

Your qualifications

    • A strong expertise in Employee Central Payroll (ECP) incl. a deep understanding of payroll configuration for German statutory requirements, experience in payroll schema adjustments and also payroll rules in ECP, expertise in payroll control centre configuration and operations
    • Experience with SAP payroll data migration tools and processes which includes understanding of integration points between Employee Central, ECP, SAP Time Tracking, and SAP Finance, hands-on experience with middleware tools such as SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), also 5 years of SAP SuccessFactors EC/ECP experience with multiple ECP implementations, SAP SuccessFactors certification in EC/ECP and proven experience in at least one successful German EC Payroll implementation project and experience of helping customers migrate from ECC to ECP
    • Knowledge of handling historical payroll data during system transitions for German businesses – especially approach for mid-year go-lives, and EC load and replication vs LSMW and Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
    • Deep Knowledge of German Payroll System: Incl. a comprehensive knowledge of German wage types, tax regulations, social security, and statutory reporting. and also a additional knowledge with collective agreements and handling specific payroll nuances of German companies and German payroll
