For our client we are currently looking for a DevOps Expert (m/f/d) - Remote 60% / Dubai 40%.

Your tasks

    • Design, build, and manage CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps for multiple environments (development, staging, production).
    • ⁠Automate build, test, release, and deployment workflows using Azure Pipelines.
    • ⁠Manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform.
    • ⁠Monitor and manage Azure resources (App Services, Virtual Machines, Kubernetes, Functions, SQL Database, etc.).
    • ⁠Collaborate with development teams to enable DevOps best practices including automated testing, continuous delivery, and configuration management.
    • ⁠Implement security, compliance, and governance controls within DevOps pipelines and Azure infrastructure.
    • ⁠Troubleshoot and resolve issues in build and deployment pipelines.
    • ⁠Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and related tools.
    • ⁠Work with version control systems (Git) and ensure effective branching and merging strategies.
    • ⁠Optimize cost, performance, and scalability of cloud infrastructure.
    • ⁠Participate in disaster recovery planning, backup strategies, and high-availability design.
    • ⁠Document DevOps processes, guidelines, and best practices

Your qualifications

    • 3+ years of experience in DevOps, with hands-on experience in Azure DevOps.
    • Proven track record of designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
    • Strong experience managing resources and services in Microsoft Azure.
    • Proficiency with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform).
    • Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes on Azure AKS).
    • Knowledge of Git repositories, branching strategies, pull requests, and release management in Azure DevOps.
    • Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools in Azure (Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights).
    • Understanding of security best practices in cloud deployments (e.g., identity and access management, key vaults, firewalls).
    • Experience with Linux server administration in cloud environments.
