Your tasks

• Perform design calculations and create system calculations for HVAC systems
• Develop and design ventilation concepts
• Carry out complex calculations and design of systems and components in air conditioning and ventilation technology
• Determine costs and schedules for supplier and customer inquiries in coordination with project management
• Prepare tender documents and conduct technical and commercial evaluations
• Coordinate HVAC systems with suppliers, customers, as well as installation and commissioning teams
• Manage technical and scheduling aspects of project tasks and support implementation within the project team
• Continuously track schedules of subcontractors and suppliers involved in the project
• Negotiate and technically coordinate individual components in collaboration with the procurement department
• Manage and execute approval processes with classification societies and authorities
• Develop new components and parts in cooperation with R&D and suppliers
• Drive continuous improvement of processes, documentation, and engineering tools
• Lead and manage complex projects
• Provide technical support to internal and external designers
• Contribute to personnel development, internal training, and onboarding of new employees
• Supervise trainees, dual-study students, and interns
