For our client we are currently looking for a Senior Android Tester (m/f/d) - Bratislava (5 Days Onsite / Week).

Your tasks

    • Test and validate Android applications and integrated payment services to ensure functionality, security, and usability.
    • Verify integration of back-end payment systems using XML/SOAP, TCP, and HTTP/S protocols, ensuring correct and reliable communication.
    • Identify, diagnose, and report technical issues across the software stack to maintain system stability and performance.
    • Review and consult on architectural designs to support the development of secure, scalable, and compliant solutions.
    • Support team development through feedback and collaboration, contributing to effort estimation and risk analysis.
    • Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with business goals and quality standards.

Your qualifications

    • Proficient in Java, Kotlin, Android, and C; experience with REST services and Android ROM is a plus.
    • Familiarity with EMVCo, PCI compliance, and secure payment systems.
    • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • Technologies: Android SDK, REST APIs, Docker, Jenkins, Git.
    • Payment Focus: EMV-compliant, PCI-secure mobile payment systems for SmartPOS and SoftPOS platforms.
