For our client we are currently looking for a SAP Lead Business Cutover (Plan to Manufacturing) (m/f/d) - 80% Onsite im Rhein Main Gebiet and 20% Remote.
Your tasks
- Define and maintain the overall Cutover strategy and plan (Level 1 to Level 4), including freeze, dual maintenance, blackout, ramp-down and ramp-up milestones, in coordination with Business (dedicated Key User) and Digital Cutover Captains (SD)
- Break down of the Go-Live strategy by stream/site and ensure global coordination across cross-topics (e.g., stock migration, data migration)
- Lead and facilitate cutover governance: weekly Business Cutover Status meetings, Flash Meetings, and Steering Committee stage-gate reviews; provide guidance on key business and digital milestones, track progress, and raise risks & alerts
- Coordinate Cutover Captains (Business & Digital) across all streams (e.g., Manufacturing, Warehousing, Quality, Purchasing, Master Data, Supply Planning) to ensure cutover tasks are identified, sequenced, assigned, and tracked with clear owners and due dates
- Support Change Advisory Board (CABAB) preparation, ensuring all required documentation (Data Migration Plan, SIT/UAT reports, Authorization For Use, Hypercare plan, cutover plan, etc.) is compiled and the CABAB authorizes the move to Production
- Support the definition of ramp-up/ramp-down criteria and monitor the volume ramp-up plan against targets
- Ensure Business Continuity Plans (BCP) are defined, approved, and available for all impacted workstreams and for all critical steps
- Drive the communication plan (internal & external) with stakeholders, ensuring timely and clear information flow throughout the cutover
- Act as key point of contact for cutover-related topics, escalating risks and blockers to Program/Project Leadership as needed
- Overall Lead for sub-streams: API/DS/R&D | FF/DP | Devices
- Ensure that all P2MF activities across all streams are planned, executed and are ready for launch
- Become adequately trained on the new system prior to end users in order to lead deployment activities in the P2MF area together with the User Process Leader (UPL) and Change Management Leader
- Identify and list all processes, procedures and workflows to be updated within the P2MF stream and its sub-streams
- Contribute to identifying human and organizational impacts of the change in business processes (organizational changes, resource changes, training requirements, SOP updates)
- Implement the change action plan and ensure Value Realization
- Monitor project health in the P2MF area and manage risk mitigation and contingency actions
- Prepare and perform User Acceptance Tests (UAT) per process, identify discrepancies and corrective actions
- Lead data migration activities: data collection, cleaning, extraction, mapping and validation
- Update SOPs and edit training documentation for End User training using relevant pedagogical methods
- Train and assess End Users; grant access rights accordingly
- Ensure harmonization activities are followed across all P2MF sub-streams (API/DP/R&D, FF/DP, Devices)
- Support Go-Live and the transition/hypercare phase
- Support the business on the P2MF domain regarding SAP S/4HANA usage and continue promoting harmonization and good practices Provide ongoing support to End Users (first level of local support for functional and technical questions) Ensure knowledge sustainability: provide training to newcomers, assess and qualify new End Users, conduct periodic training sessions Follow SAP S/4HANA core model enhancements and run User Acceptance Tests for new releases Update SOPs related to new releases and manage training impacts on revised procedures Contribute to solution optimization reviews and participate in audit readiness activities

Your qualifications
- Proven 5-10 years of successful experience with SAP in a Manufacturing & Supply or Plan to Manufacture environment (SAP S/4HANA experience is a plus) ideally in Pharma, Automotive or at a Discounter.
- Proven 10 years of experience in the manufacturing domain (P2MF), with subject matter expertise in at least one of the sub-streams
- Prior experience in ERP deployment projects, cutover or transition management
- Experience in editing SOPs, UATs and relevant training documentation
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Jira; experience with Smartsheet and ServiceNow is a plus
- Excellence in Project-Management with strong organizational and coordination skills, able to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), able to synthesize complex information for different audiences (from shop floor to Steering Committee)
- Strong analytical skills to understand problems, business impacts and identify risks early with proposed mitigation actions
- Ability to work across cultures and at all levels, from shop floor to management
- Orientation to change and ability to identify human and organizational impacts
