For our client we are currently looking for a Projektleiter SD-WAN-Transformation – Part Time (SD-WAN Exp. is IMPORTANT!!!) (m/f/d) - REMOTE.
Your tasks
- Manage and coordinate the SD-WAN transformation project from the customer side
- Take overall project ownership and coordinate all involved parties
- Plan and manage the migration of approximately 220 locations worldwide
- Coordinate and align migration schedules with all relevant stakeholders
- Communicate with key stakeholders and project participants
- Support and manage the initial proof-of-concept (POC) migrations in 2026
- Lead and coordinate the main migration phase in 2027
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and migration activities
- Identify, assess, and mitigate typical risks and challenges related to SD-WAN/WAN migration projects

Your qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in complex IT projects
- Demonstrated experience in planning and managing SD-WAN and/or WAN migration projects
- Practical understanding of typical challenges, risks, and pitfalls associated with SD-WAN migrations
- Ability to structure migration activities and manage execution on the customer side
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Experience in international projects and/or managing globally distributed locations is an advantage
- Good English skills required
- Availability: Average workload of approximately 50% (demand-driven, ranging from around 20% to 100% depending on project phase)
