Data fidelity Analysts – strong SAP S/4 PP expertise + MES expertise (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• The Master Data Fidelity Program will supporting the IBP R&S factory rollout and related E2E planning initiatives. routing times, cycle times, changeover times, work-center capacities and utilization parameters must accurately reflect shopfloor reality before planning automation can be scaled reliably.
• The Analyst will visit manufacturing sites (travel willingness mandatory), review the data currently maintained by the factories, cross-check it against actual production evidence, identify deviations, and explain clearly what needs to be corrected.
• Visit priority factories and review the manufacturing master data currently used by the local teams.
• Collect and compare information from SAP, MES where available, production confirmations, routing data, work-center data and direct shopfloor observations.
• Verify whether routing times, machine times, labor times, setup and changeover times, capacities and utilization parameters match actual factory reality.
• Document incorrect, missing or inconsistent data and classify the impact on planning accuracy, finite capacity readiness and IBP R&S reliability.
• Explain to local stakeholders what has to be corrected, why the correction is needed, and how the corrected data should be validated before use
