Together with mentor Ranga Yogeshwar, TOP 100 honors the most innovative companies in the German SME sector every year. TOP 100 is the only competition that does not evaluate individual inventions or products, but rather innovation management and innovation success.
The basis is a scientific benchmarking procedure developed by innovation researcher Prof. Dr. Nikolaus Franke. He and his team assessed the innovative strength of the applicants during the competition using more than 100 performance indicators in five categories. For the researchers, it is particularly important whether a company’s innovations are just a random product or are systematically planned and thus repeatable in the future.
Westhouse is one of the successful companies which has been awarded by Ranga Yogeshwar.
The ceremony took place on 23. June in Augsburg for those who have received the Top100 award as an innovative medium-sized company.

Westhouse was particularly convincing in the category „climate of innovation“ in size class C (more than 200 employees). Westhouse uses artificial intelligence, machine learning and automation to match IT and engineering experts with prestigious clients.
