For our client we are currently looking for a Application Management Support for SAP Sales Cloud (C4C) (m/f/d) - Remote.
Your tasks
- Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and operational issues in the SAP Sales Cloud (SAP C4C V1) environment
- Monitor and troubleshoot integrations, interfaces, and data replication processes, including support for SAP Integration Suite/CPI.
- Provide Application Management Support (AMS)

Your qualifications
- Experience supporting SAP Sales Cloud Version 1 (SAP C4C V1) in an Application Management Support (AMS) or operational support role.
- Good understanding of incident, problem, and service request management processes.
- Experience troubleshooting SAP C4C integrations, interfaces, and data replication issues.
- Familiarity with SAP Integration Suite/CPI or comparable middleware platforms.
- Hands-on approach to issue investigation, analysis, and resolution.
- Experience supporting business users and working closely with functional and technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic support environment.
