We are looking for an experienced Coupa P2P Consultant to support our client with 2nd Level Support and application management in a post-go-live environment.
Enclosed the project details: Coupa P2P Consultant – 2nd Level Support (m/f/d) - Remote.
Your tasks
- Provide 2nd Level Application Support for Coupa P2P, troubleshooting incidents and resolving functional issues in a post-go-live environment.
- Act as a key contact for Power Users, providing functional guidance and support on Coupa purchasing processes.
- Manage and coordinate change requests, system enhancements and release activities
- Maintain and optimize Coupa configurations, templates and purchasing workflows to ensure stable system operations.
- Monitor system integrations, track service performance and KPIs, and coordinate issue resolution with relevant stakeholders.

Your qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Coupa P2P (Procure-to-Pay), particularly in Purchasing and Procurement processes.
- Proven experience in Application Management Services (AMS), ideally in a post-go-live support environment.
- Solid background in 2nd Level Support, incident management, troubleshooting and ticket resolution.
- Experience with Coupa configuration, change management and integration monitoring.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluent English required and French highly preferred.
