For our client we are currently looking for a Jira Service Management Engineer (m/f/d) - Essen with Remote-Option.
Your tasks
- lead and deliver a medium-to-complexity ITSM transformation project
- migration from USM to Jira Service Management
- implementation of ITIL-based service management processes
- integration with multiple enterprise systems, in collaboration with a nearshore delivery team

Your qualifications
- Jira Service Management Cloud (must)
- Atlassian Cloud (must)
- Atlassian Asset Cloud (must)
- Atlassian Confluence (must)
- Interface Implementation in Atlassian Environments (must)
- Experience with medium-to-large ITSM transformation projects
- Proven track record in migration programs from legacy ITSM platforms (eg. USM USU)
- Experience working with distributed and nearshore delivery models
- Experience in highly regulated industries is advantageous
