For our client we are currently looking for a Pricing Specialist IAM (m/w/d) (m/f/d) - Remote & Ludwigsburg.
Your tasks
- Support the execution of the European IAM pricing strategy across markets, channels, and product categories
- Build, maintain, and continuously enhance advanced Power BI dashboards
- Analyze complex datasets to generate pricing insights and recommendations
- Maintain and update price lists, customer conditions, and discount structures
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and pricing channel analysis
- Identify margin leakage and develop data-driven improvement measures
- Support sales teams with pricing insights, tenders, and negotiation preparation
- Contribute to annual price reviews, indexation processes, and pricing governance
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across systems and tools
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Product Management, Operations, and IT
- Act as a key contact for pricing-related analytics across regions and functions

Your qualifications
- Project Background This role is part of the European IAM Pricing team within the Independent Automotive Aftermarket. The objective is to strengthen analytics, reporting, and pricing capabilities across multiple countries and business units. The position is a succession role due to the retirement of the current Pricing Manager and offers long-term development in an international environment. The role is fully remote within the EU but requires close collaboration with the German sales organization, making German language skills essential. The focus is on improving pricing transparency, supporting margin optimization, and enabling data-driven pricing decisions across the European business.
- Required Skills:
- Advanced expertise in Power BI (mandatory)
- Advanced Excel skills (mandatory)
- Proven experience in pricing, analytics, or data-driven commercial roles
- Strong understanding of pricing logic, including margins, discounts, and price lists
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
- Experience working with large and complex datasets
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Additional preferred skills:
- Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle JDE
- Familiarity with pricing tools (e.g. PriceFX)
- Experience in the automotive aftermarket or IAM environment
- Experience in international organizations
