For our client we are currently looking for a SAP HCM Time Management Expert / SAP SuccessFactor EC Time (m/f/d) - Berlin (onsite).
Your tasks
- Analyzing, developing, and improving workflows. Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and propose solutions to optimize effectiveness. Collaborating closely with business users, you will help identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases.
- Design continuous monitoring and feedback mechanisms to support ongoing process refinement. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
- Providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams is also a key expectation.
- Lead the evaluation and redesign of business processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of process improvements with organizational goals.
- Support the development and implementation of best practices and standards within the team.
- Analyze data and feedback to continuously improve workflows and address emerging challenges.
- Contribute to strategic discussions by providing insights based on process analysis and team experiences.

Your qualifications
- Hands-on configuration experience with SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking and Employee Central Time, including time valuations, work schedules, absence/attendance types, quota accruals, and clocking system integrations.
- Deep knowledge of SAP ECC HCM Time Management (schemas, PCRs, infotypes IT2006/IT2003, time wage type generation) with the ability to assess and document as-is configurations and map them against SuccessFactors equivalents.
- Proven experience conducting fit/gap assessments and/or pre-implementation analysis in German payroll and time management contexts, including familiarity with Works Council agreements (Betriebsvereinbarungen) and EU Working Time Directive compliance requirements
- Expert proficiency in SAP HCM Time Management is required.
- Advanced proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll is recommended.
- Advanced proficiency in Estimation and Planning and Program Project Management is suggested.
