For a global SAP S/4HANA transformation program, we are currently looking for an experienced Project Management Consultant to lead the technical delivery across multiple business and IT workstreams. The focus is on end-to-end project governance, coordination of functional and technical teams, as well as collaboration with international stakeholders.

Your tasks
- Manage the end-to-end technical delivery of the S/4HANA transformation from project initiation through rollout
- Coordinate activities across business functions, technical workstreams and external delivery partners
- Establish effective project governance, delivery methods, reporting structures and ways of working
- Manage project demand, assess solution approaches and coordinate the resolution of key delivery risks and dependencies
- Ensure milestones, budgets, resources and deliverables are actively managed while minimising business disruption

Your qualifications
- Extensive experience leading complex SAP S/4HANA transformation and ERP implementation programs
- Strong background in global medical device environments, including regulated business processes
- Proven responsibility for large project teams, budgets, timelines, risks and external implementation partners
- Broad SAP process knowledge across at least two functional areas, combined with a solid understanding of S/4HANA architecture
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills, with fluent English
