For our client we are currently looking for a Senior SAP FPSL Consultant (Financial Products Subledger) (m/f/d) - Frankfurt and Remote.
Your tasks
- Analyze and extend existing G/L derivation rules in FPSL (source fields, conditions, rule values, target accounts)
- Assess characteristic availability across the chain FSDM → adapter → FPSL document item → FI-GL
- Design and specify G/L account extensions and derivation changes for the IFRS 18 Operating / Investing / Financing categorization
- Prepare expected results and support the banks' user acceptance testing
- Work with the platform, data integration and accounting streams

Your qualifications
- Several years of hands-on SAP FPSL experience, in particular subledger accounting and G/L derivation
- Business Process Analysis Tools
- Process Design Mapping and Analysis
- Business Process Design
- Working knowledge of the FSDM data model and the FPSL document item structure
- Banking accounting background (IFRS 9 classification, subledger to general ledger reconciliation)
- Able to work from existing configuration and documentation rather than from a blank sheet
- Financial statement version (FSV) and financial reporting structures (nice to have)
- Experience with IFRS 18 or comparable presentation-change projects (nice to have)
